- Do I need to download an app?
- No. Scan the QR on your table and the menu opens in your browser.
- How does the app know my table?
- Each table has a unique token in its QR code, so the venue, table and session are resolved automatically.
- What do the sizes mean?
- M (500 THB) suits one or two people, L (1000 THB) two or three, XL (1500 THB) five or six.
- Is alcohol included?
- Alcohol pairings are optional, +200 THB, 20+ only, and can be disabled by the venue.
- Where do I find allergens?
- Every dessert has an allergen sheet inside the reel and the product sheet.
- Which languages are supported?
- 22 languages including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Hebrew, with instant switching.
- How do I pay?
- Pay at table is the default. Venues can enable PromptPay, Visa and Mastercard online payment.
